Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags must still be attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Bodysuits
Personalized or custom items
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Return Approval
Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and submitted to our suppliers.
